This attachment has a really nice feel in hand. The handle diameter hits a good middle ground: not too bulky, but not so thin that it feels cheap or uncomfortable. The knurling adds just the right amount of grip without tearing up your hands, which makes it easy to use for higher-rep work. It also has a good amount of weight to it, giving it that “you're just the current owner” feel. I’ve also been impressed with the range of motion I get from it, which makes the movements feel smooth and natural. Overall, it is a solid, well-made attachment that feels like it will hold up for years.

This is a high quality attachment! I was pleasantly surprised with how heavy it is because it’s made so well and not cheaply!! Loving all my REP items so far!

Triangle Row

This Is Great For Rows And Lat Pull Downs. Intially Bout To Do Close Grip Curls, But Doesn’t Work Well For That. Makes The Angle Uncomfortable. Would Work For Curls If It Had Attachment Point On Either / Both Sides Of The Top Attachment Bar.
