Its perfect for lat pulldowns. The design makes it easier on the wrist and creates a natural pulling position.

Nicely made

Bar is very heavy duty. Knurling is great. Would say it is medium. Wife thinks it’s too much. Great addition to have for back workouts. It’s not to heavy. But, wish they made it in aluminum. Which in a Pro Series Lat Bar I have never seen one.

Husband loves this gift

Ordered it for a Christmas gift and he says he wished he got it years ago. Said it would make a huge difference with training in his younger years.
