Major Fitness B52 All-In-One Home Gym Smith Machine

Delivery was good. I was missing four washers. I contacted the seller and they offered me $10 so that I can go get the washers. I paid over 3K for this and to me that’s a lot of money. I didn’t like the fact that I was being given $10 so that I would go get my own washers. I had to do that and I ended up spending $17. The machine is really nice, but I walked away with a bad taste in my mouth because customer support kind of sucks. That’s the reason for my rating. Not so much on the equipment more and customer support.

Item areived damaged and missing parts, I called customer service no answer left message no response. Product it self is nice but for 3k I expect my product to arrive free of damage and I also expect to have a responsive customer service experiance.

This is a quality product that shipped very well protected without a scratch on it. It is not difficult to assemble and has a very smooth operation. I am very happy with the purchase. The pre-sale support was a C minus because I had product questions and wanted to speak with a rep. I never spoke with anyone and went ahead and ordered the B52. The post sales support is an A+.
