Great bar!

This bar is beefy, so watch your head when you remove weight. The knurling is aggressive enough to hold your grip but easy on the hands. It’s very wide so you can use a very wide grip. The attachment ring is huge so you can attach using large carabiners or swivel shackles. It also swivels, a requirement I had, so that I could use the bar with the bent ends pointing upward.
