Helpful Hook
Must have for the belt squat attachment.

works
It's the correct length to hang from a 93" rack so 80" should also be fine. You can take slack out by moving the hook to a different ring. I use blocks to step on to get more ROM and I can attach/detach while on the blocks. Makes setting up each set so much easier not having to start at the bottom of the squat.

Nice Chain
Well what can you really say, it's a chain with a hook. I just wish the belt squat attachment worked without having to use the chain. I have the Ares 2. 0 and if I want to start at the top, the weight stack needs to be lifted and hook the chain to the cable.
