I didn’t know if I really needed them but I can say once you have them you can hit just that little bit more without drastically increasing 10+lbs. These plates also allow me to follow a training plan with percentages for lifts more accurately. A huge must for EZ bars where you need the smaller diameter. Love em!

1.25lb change plates

Starting lifting again after a few years off and use these to keep in line with stronglifts 5x5. They are plates and do the job very well.

Perfect change plate

Got the 2.5lbs too. Fantastic. Just want you want/expect from REP. Went and bought more.
