Made Berry Shortcake!
Loved these! I got them because I’m looking for a dessert without added sugar! I buttered the biscuit all sides and warmed and then opened it up and put fresh whipped heavy cream and vanilla (no sweetener) on top and covered in berries. It was the perfect dessert with no added sugar.

Excellent!
The buttermilk biscuits are delicious! They taste better than most you'd get at a restaurant, and the nutritional value can't be matched for something that is usually high in carbs.
