I absolutely love the bagels and bread! Cinnamon rolls and chocolate rolls are a delicious treat. I wish Royo would offer an occasional discount for loyal customers because their product is not cheap.

I only eat these for my bread and bagels

I exercise doing Hyrox. I am on a high fiber low carb diet. These are the only breads and bagels I buy. I keep them in my freezer and I keep one in my refrigerator. I pre slice them when they come in before I freeze them. I have only a half for breakfast each day. The bread is great if you are making a sandwich or French toast. When I see my freezer is running low I order more. They are delicious and meet my diet goals.

All flavors are excellent!! They toast nicely and you can really feel like you’re eating real food not tasteless cardboard like most other keto products. Actually with the slices of bread I make many pizzas and it feels indulgent but it’s not!! fantastic products
