WiO Cheese Pizza (3-Pack)

Never got the product was ordered a month ago after 10days of hearing nothing about the order from WiO i contacted them to see if it had been shipped and eta i was told that they ran out of cooling packs and there was a delay. When i complained about not being alerted to this delay i was told by customer service that they are a small company unable to alert customers of such delays or shipment dates. I was told that the order would be sent out on Monday the 25th of May. 3 weeks after the order was initially placed. Again, no notification that it was or was not shipped so i contacted customer service on May 27th and told it had not shipped. Yesterday on SHOP it appeared the order was shipped despite on the 27th i was offered a refund which i happily accepted. Although on the SHOP site i now see a refund was sent two days ago, it has yet to be received. Whether the company is large or small it would seem customers should be advised when an order ships and should be told of any delays.

The peanut butter is so good! As are the muffins! Rest i havent tried yet but excited to do so

Best pizza i have ever eaten. The crust is amazing! The flavor is great. Makes me feel like i am cheating instead of dieting.
