Plain Keto-Friendly Bagels

Love these for the fiber and protein boosts! The texture is as close to a bagel as a flax bagel can be, and I find that if I toast them and top them with jam or cheese, etc., they’re good.

I've tried my share of low carb options over the past few years and I'm blown away by this product. Hands down the best low carb bagels out there! So grateful to have found them, they are a staple in my household now!

Great bagel

I love these bagels, they are my favorite to toast and add cream cheese or butter.....make a great grilled cheese as well ! I am not a "dieter" but the low calorie count is great and most important they don't "sit" in my stomach making me feel uncomfortable. Great product !
