Sourdough Style Bread (0 Net Carb)

FINALLY!

Finally found a low carb bread that I can live with & enjoy! Ignore the few negative reviews. Let's keep it real, no matter what type of product we're talking about, if it's not the real thing, obviously one cannot have the expectations of 100% tasting like the real thing. With that said, this one comes closest I've found & trust me, I have tried A LOT of brands! I also tried the wheat & am just as pleased with that one as well. Don't let the "touch" of vanilla scare you (I was skeptical when I read that). It really blends well with the full flavor. The only disappointments I have, which has nothing to do with the actual bread, is one, I wanted to order the powerdough version, but it's out of stock. The other thing is the bendable clasp thingy that is used to close the bread. No biggie, I'll just start saving twist ties & plastic clips from other products. Now off to place my 2nd order :o)

Good tasting bread!

Very good sourdough with very low net carbs. Sourdough is not my husband's favorite so I've ordered the seeded loaf for him. One small complaint though is that the sourdough doesn't toast well; still quite pale, but if I toast longer, then it gets hard.

This bread is AWESOME!!

This bread is super AWESOME!! It reminds me of Pepperidge Farms sourdough. Not any hint of the too chewy, cardboard-y taste of other keto white breads. I love to eat a slice straight from the bag with butter. And don't make a peanut butter and jelly with it...... you'll want one every night! We're on subscription for 2 loaves monthly, and we'd probably eat more if we had it. Well done, Dohjoy!!!!
