This company is amazing. I have been missing bagels for so long in my calorie deficit and trying to find a company that makes low calorie, high fiber and protein bagel with clean ingredients is incredibly hard to come by. If you are used to eating regular bagels and then switch to this brand, it’s obviously not gonna taste the same but if you have been eating cleaner for a while, these are an awesome find. They are expensive, but in my opinion they are so so worth it. This was my second order, I will continue to order from this company.
