I am really impressed with the customer service of this online store.

I recently purchased a knife block set from Cutlery and more and when the knives arrived there was a manufacturing error in one of the steak knives. I contacted Cutlery and more via email and they immediately sent me out a replacement knife. I often hesitate to order from online retailers that I am not familiar with but, when I compare the outstanding customer service I received from Cutlery and more to other major online retailers they hands down have outstanding customer service "after the sale." I would definitely recommend them and I will be ordering from them again.
