Excellent board

This is an expensive and heavy board. But it is also the best cutting board I have ever used. It is very firm and straight, and handles my Japanese knives well. It is easy to move vegetables out of the board since the surface is especially smooth. Overall this is an excellent board and highly recommend it. Dishwashable.

Excellent Cutting Board

It's hard to get super excited over a cutting board, but this one really works for me. Clearly the surface is pliant enough not to dull a good knife. I think it looks good on a counter, it's heavy enough not to slip around but light enough to pick up easily, and it can be put in the dish washer. I think it's an excellent cutting board for the price.

Great cutting board

Very impressed with the new board. Items cut well and no knife marks are left on the board. It cleans up very easily.
