I tried the recipe for mushroom korma. Followed the directions perfectly, added the coconut milk and coconut cream, the frozen peas, and garnished with fresh cilantro and a heaping tablespoon of my tomato achaar. It was so incredible that I made it again 3 days later!! I need to order more, very soon!!
