Traditional Mole Poblano

Their Mole products are outstanding and very easy to make. I took the recommendation of using Chicken Stock in lieu of water and it was outstanding!!👍🏻👍🏻

Mixed with chicken stock, packed a whole lot of flavor...a nice cocoa flavor with a slow heat from the chili's. Very complex and very flavorful!!!!

Honestly i had to make the sauce twice because i didn't follow directions. Second batch came out delicious and when you follow directions its very easy
