Great product!
So easy to prepare and tastes great! I use a quart of chicken bone broth for some of the liquid to get more protein. I also like to use an immersion blender on about 3/4 of it. Nice texture.

I ordered 5 different types of lentils. I have tried 2 so far & they are absolutely delicious! I highly recommend these! Will definitely be ordering more.

Great Idea but Needs some Tweaks
I was surprised that it had way too much salt for my liking and it obviously didn’t distribute well if you are splitting the bag which I need to do because there’s just two of us. Also, I would want more lentils. I have several other bags to explore. Conceptually I absolutely love it but I’m not sure that it’s the right product for me. How about a low sodium option and smaller bags? Maybe this might be something to explore. I do love the flavor and absolutely love the idea of it especially on a cold night and a quick dinner option. I def think that you’re on to something but it has to be an alternative to just cooking lentils which I love, they are good for me and I can season to taste.
