I have to admit, I love watching the dried ingredients rehydrate and finding them so delicious afterward! There are plenty of mushrooms and spice; it is a delicious snack any time of day.

Absolutely delicious, and waaaay better than any restaurant offerings. I should open a restaurant serving Tsubi miso soups.

Great taste

Probably my favourite Tsubi flavour - just the right amount of spice and you can really taste the mushrooms.
