So good! I had added too much water so it’s soupy but that made it great to poach a couple of eggs in for a delicious breakfast!! I will use a little less water next time.

This soup was SO good I ordered five more jars so I have it handy whenever I want a hearty soup! Great with broccoli, onions and carrots added!
