Awesome way to get in some delicious legumes into your diet!! We have tried 2 of the 5 I bought, so far really good. Quick and simple to prepare. Always leftovers with just two of us eating. Really like the Meadow Mix.

A great mix !!
I started with a large home grown tomato, added a package of Trader Joe's mirepoix, and one pound of shredded chicken from Aldi. It turned out great! This was the first mix I tried and I was surprised at how much it made.
