Great improvement

I absolutely love having a steel in my Breville Pizza Oven. Prior to purchasing the Breville, I used a baking steel in my oven so had some previous experience to the value of cooking on steel. I have found that I need to use the manual temperature settings when using the steel because it conducts heat so much better than the stone.
