Perfect for my favorite salad dressing

Almost as good as fresh tarragon, which is hard to get in my area. When I use a mortar and pestle to release the flavor it’s perfect for tuna in many forms. Tuna salad or tuna noodle casserole (comfort foods and I know my age is showing).
