I've always loved chervil and it's the reason i've found World Spice--my former supplier no longer carries it. My favourite ways of using the herb is adding it to vinaigrettes, omelettes, deviled eggs--places where one could use parsley but want something more. It's very versatile and gives a wonderful flavour to wherever you add it.

I love chervil, I discovered it from world spice, and I much prefer it over parsley.
