Pizza Steel Start-Up Bundle | Ultimate Pizza Making Package

I recently got into sourdough baking, and after a lot of research I wanted to find a high‑quality baking steel made in Canada. I ended up choosing the Atlas Steel Average Joe bundle, which includes the baking steel, both wooden and metal peels, a fantastic heavy‑duty bench scraper, my now‑favourite Danish whisk, and a pizza cutter. I also purchased the carrying bag so everything could stay neatly together. The quality of every item is excellent. My only challenge, at age 77, is lifting the fully packed bag down from the hook my husband installed in the garage. It’s a bit heavy, but I manage, and it’s absolutely worth it because the bread that comes out after using my baking steel is incredible. I’m very happy with my purchase, and buying the bundle saved me quite a bit.

As a sourdough baker, I had been searching for a steel for quite a while and wanted to find a Canadian brand. I am so happy I found Atlas! Shipping was fast, and I couldn’t wait to start baking with it! My loaves turned out amazing with the first attempt and continued to do so- no more dutch oven baking for me! The Middle Man steel is nearly a perfect fit for my oven, allowing me to bake 4 or 5 loaves at once which is a game changer! I can’t wait to try it with homemade pizza as I have no doubt it will perform just as well. The two pizza peels are both beautiful and make taking bread in and out so easy with no fear of burning myself. I love the dough whisk with its long handle and the bench scraper is an upgrade from the one I was using before, and necessity. I can’t wait to keep trying more products and supporting this Canadian company!
