Fantastic quality, love it!

Love it so far!

Very happy with my Gridiron Elite. It was easy to season and has been nearly non-stick since first use, and getting more non-stick as I use it. It weighs and ton and is difficult to move around but that’s a price I’m willing to pay for quality, thick carbon steel.

So far it is great. I have made a few pizzas on it as well as some bread, and have used it for cooking some sausages and it works great. Really changes the finished crust of pizzas compared to a pizza perforated tray, and it gives a nice even crust on the bottom of breads. Other than it being quite heavy I have no issues with it. So if you have difficulty lifting heavy cast iron pans and can’t leave it in your oven for a while , then remember to keep that in mind.
