I started my pizza journey with an intensive research to find the best possible tools and ohh boy did I find it. The Atlas pizza steel is simply amazing, my pizza game is now next to none. I paired that with the Peel, Danish dough whisk, Bench scraper and the pizza turning peel! Craftsmanship is superb, sturdy, works and looks great. Plus the customer service is excellent, I even had a hand written note from miss Nicole telling me she tossed in a Pizza Rocker (cutter) free of charge!!😍 Which is just, again, beautifully crafted and works great.
