I cannot lie, it was the best experience I’ve had. I was skeptical about its buttery texture every time I read about it. I researched the best way to cook it, and the best way to season it, and I followed the basic principles. I cannot tell you how Rich and delicious that steak was. I will definitely be getting more of those.

Delicious and great price on sale

Bought a 2 pack of 15 oz steaks during the sale. It was great value and quality. Delicious seared, sliced and with a light sprinkle of smoked salt and dab of wasabi. 15 oz of A5 plus 8-10 oz of leaner steak was plenty for our family of 4 adults.
