A5 BMS10+ Japanese Wagyu Ribeye

This steak is 1/2" to 3/4" this and takes up the entire cast iron skillet. Very tasty! I eat half with two eggs and at dinner I eat the other half with some potatoes. I have found that the Australian wagyu steaks are thicker and a bit leaner. They are still very tender. That said, I prefer the Australian wagyu steaks except for a specialty dish.

Really enjoyed it. Taste great wouldn’t mind a little thicker cut.but overall an excellent steak.
