Favorite!
While the wagyu is delicious a toooon of fat and not much protein, the skirt it amazing and closer to traditional jerky! Go through a bag quick. Costly, but I guess you gotta pay to play..

Crispiest , most melt in your mouth option with the perfect amount of fat (not too overwhelming)

Skirt Steak
This one is my favorite of the all. The flavor is like no other and it lingers, makes you want more and more. Perfect amount of salt perfect amount of fat not too much. Not too little. The crisp is good. Nice and thin, not too thin.
