Lat Pulldown works great

Sturdy, and straightforward to put together. The action on the cable is very smooth. I've been using it for a few weeks, and it's allowed me to add a large variety of exercises to my workouts. The price is reasonable for what it adds to your home gym.

It gets the job done.

This is a nice attachment for my Rep rack. It was easy to assemble. It glides nicely. I would have given it 5 stars but they should have put similar weight horns on it like thier plate holder attachment. Chrome with the rounded ends. The plate holder horns that are on it have plastic caps that get knocked off every single time you slide a plate off. After the 3rd time I just left them off. The chrome horns would have looked super nice on it. Other then that ots great.

Absolutely worth it

We wanted a simple cable system and a nice power rack that fits our lower ceiling exercise room, and I have to say this was perfect. It’s used by my sons and myself, and it just works. No, it’s not as easy as a stack, but it also costs one quarter the price. It’s well-made and bolts right up and literally can put it up and running in 30 minutes
