Unbelievable value and performance

I had this plate loaded lat pulldown and low row installed on my garage gym rack for a while before upgrading to the selectorized version with Rep’s kit. Absolutely zero complaints. Rock solid. The selectorized version is more convenient, but also costs triple the price.

Smooth

The cable travel is very smooth. I have had this for 2 years now and it has only gotten better. I'm even considering getting the conversation kit to make it even better.

Amazing

Seriously this thing is perfect. Make sure you give it that Silicone spray which will make a huge difference in the feel of the trolley going up and down.
