I love to cook and I love cookware. I have been cooking for over 50 years. I have tried MANY brands both mid tier and high end and Hestan (so far) has surpassed them all. They are beautiful to look at, feel great in your hand and cook beautifully. I'm very impressed and will recommend them to many of my friends and family.

Durable and almost non-stick

I purchased this pan in order to make the switch into non-toxic cookware that will last a lifetime with the added bonus of it being easy to use and it has lived up to all expectations. I knew going into it that stainless steel pans would require some learning curve, but the titanium coating makes cooking a breeze. Still need a bit more patience in order to master non-stick eggs, but overall, very satisfied with my purchase
