Love my Hestan skillets

My 8 1/2 inch skillet is perfect for my morning omelets. After I flipped my omelet. I remove it from the heat, sprinkle some shredded cheese and put the lid on to finish cooking the eggs and melting the delicious cheese.

Pans

Best pans I’ve ever used. Although they discolored some, they conduct heat well. Cleaning is very easy. I’m no longer looking for a better pan too cook with. I’ll try the pots soon.

Great pans

Overall I am very happy with these pans. But they are not 18/10 or 18/8- they are 07 21. I thought all Hestan stainless was 18/10 or 18/8. I use these pans daily but I’m also using a lot of barkeepers friend to maintain and this does take extra time.
