Extremely helpful
I was having some difficulty in the initial phase of my primo sale / ricotta recipe after having switched from cow milk to goat milk. Jake was kind enough to return my call and he spent a great deal of time on the phone with me explaining the underlying chemistry of my issue and recommending calcium chloride.
