This is really good. I added it to feta cheese and it tastes delicious.

Unexpectedly Great Results!

This powder is very easy to use, dissolves quickly and with no clumps. It is easy to mix in the milk. It took a cheese that our family said was 'okay', to 'Wow, this is great!' We are experimenting by adding this to all of our home-made cheeses.
