Red Linens
Actually I was disappointed with the product. The recipe called for 1/2 teaspoons and there wasnāt even enough in the envelope for that. Also, the price was very expensive for such a small amount. My cheese is aging now but doesnāt look like itās doing that well, Iām assuming because there wasnāt enough. I doubt I will buy this product again.

B. Linens
I wanted to make Brick cheese for Detroit style pizza. I'm originally from Detroit and miss that classic taste. Thank goodness I can depend on New England Cheese Making to carry and promptly ship my ingredients. I'll be making pizza later today....ahhh, the taste of home.

Bacteria Linens are great!
We make a version of Italico cheese with our goatsā milk and love the color and funk the bacteria linen brine gives it.
