At first I didn't like the follower being quite smaller but it worked wonderfully for making Havarti cheese. It is for a lighter to medium weight cheese 🧀 😋

Excellent product! Follower not really needed for my brie or brie nuit recipe, but bamboo mats are a must - 1 for each mold and 1 extra. Easy to clean, will last forever.
