Cheese Press

I just made a wheel of Parmesan cheese using this press. Fantastic! Made the whole process just a bit easier! Very well made.

Worth the money

I made it through one year of cheese making with a couple homemade cheese presses which worked ok. However I didn’t like that I was guessing on the pressed weight and going by feel. So when my jersey came into milk this year I decided to try this press that I thought was too expensive before. I’m glad I did! It’s easy using it, no guesswork and it’s beautiful. That’s important too because it’s sitting on my counter 90% of the time!

Slipping

This press was great the first few times. Unfortunately, pressing has become a nightmare. It no longer presses at 10-30 pounds, keeps slipping. I now have to use weights on top to press.
