My first official use of a culture and it went great!
This was my first foray into cultures and I am so glad I chose chevre! I had a gallon of raw goat milk and used this culture, followed the instructions on the back and got 3 really nice soft logs and a square of chevre. My husband says it smells like butter, it is sweet, really nice. Three I froze, and the square I added fresh garlic, rosemary, and parsley and everyone loved it!

Awesome cheese!
This past weekend I made the cherve for a cheese platter for a little party. I had a plain, honey cinnamon, rosemary and roasted garlic and chive. They were the hit of the party. This cheese is so smooth and spreads like a dream. Flavors so easily also. By far my favorite soft cheese.
