As soon as I started using the mat within ten minutes my body felt calmer, it seemed to balance out my whole body. It also dissipated a bad headache I had within 20 minutes another time. Good stuff

Purchased a Red Light unit and a couple grounding mats, they can't replace the natural sunlight or being out in nature grounding but, they help give some benefit when in doors away from nature. The Red Light unit is heavy and feels like a good quality product, didn't realize how bright 😎 it would be until I tried it for the first time.
