I use it 10min before work. 10 after and the. Another 10 in the evening before bed. It feels like a guilty pleasure.

Pleased so far

I purchased a panel for home use after discovering RLT at a local studio (they charged $59 for 15 minutes). After using several times, I decided it was more effective to buy a home unit. Its still early to tell if it helps, but I am comimitted and feel hopeful.
