My advice, save for a large panel. When I lay in front of it for 5 minutes facing and 5 minutes backside before bed, I sleep like a Baby.

Wonderful

My husband and I love this light. I propped it up in the corner of the bedroom and spend about 15 minutes total sitting, standing and rotating every other day. I feel great and my sleep had improved. I’m going to buy a small one for travel.
