Plantar fasciitis

My Hooga HG500 was recommended to me as part of my treatment for my plantar fasciitis along with soft wave therapy and a vibration plate. I have gotten better and given the research on red light therapy I will say that the red light therapy did help. The HG500 seems to be built well and is of good quality. I have yet to use it for anything other than my feet but would recommend it as part of a treatment plan for plantar fasciitis.
