Belgian Style Saison Kit

One of my favorite beers for warm weather. Easy to make kit. I used another company's kit that had a season packet for the primary. On this I added some orange zest, a few black pepper corns, pinch of thyme and rosemary. I just bottled it today and the initial flavor it great. I kept it 1 week primary and 5 in the secondary. ABV came out at 7%. Enjoy
