Easy Kolsch
Recently racked to secondary. Just under 5% ABV. Looks, tastes and smells like Kolsch. I’ll bottle in about 2 months. Should be great 2 months after that.

Sooth, clean, low hops
One of my favorites. Easy to brew! Great to drink anytime.

Kolsch
Excellent. Interestingly, only 1lb is 60min boil and the remaining extract (6lbs) is only the last 15 minutes of boil. This left a nice malt flavor even without a crushed grain portion. 1.050 to 1.012 in only 5 days using Kolsch-style dry yeast option.
