I have brewed this kit at least four times, but the last two times I don’t feel the fermentation stayed vigorous long enough, and left the triple with a slight sweet taste even after 6 months. The taste was off a little. I did not check with a hydrometer but my buzz meter says there was plenty of alcohol!
