Second time brewing

This was really yummy when we made a couple summers ago! Very drinkable and a favorite among guests we shared it with. Easy kit and tasted really good. This time the kit included 3 x 1 oz packages of Simcoe hops: 1/2 oz hops @ 60 min, 1/2 oz @ 15 min before the end of the boil & 1oz @ 5 min before the end of the boil. So I will dry hop the last 1 oz a week before bottling! Worth trying.
