Winter Warmer Extract Beer Recipe Kit

Not what I expected

This was something different I wanted to make. I usually do IPAs, so I figured I'd give this a try. 3 weeks on the fermentation and it is very smooth. Not at all hoppy but very mild. Nice when you need a simple not overpowering beer.

I have been making this for years, it gets better with age, problem is it tastes so good its hard to keep it around, started making 10 gallons a season now, a regular staple for seasonal drinking here in New England. Everyone I share it with loves it Thanks N.B. Kevin F..
