Hank's Hefeweizen Extract Beer Recipe Kit

The product was well packed. In the recent very high temperatures we've experienced in the South however, the chill packs around the liquid yeast failed to keep them cooled. The yeast packs were warmer than room temp and were refrigerated right away. One of the two packs was used within two days and propagated well with Fast Pitch so there may be little harm. Time will tell.
