Briess Carapils® Malt

This is tough.

tough for me to say...I'm not a scholar in brewing. I just read up several years ago that Carapils was good to include in a recipe. I think it was for retaining the head. S oI continue to include it in my recipes. I couldn't fairly rate for or against it. Midwest's service has been phenomenal for me over the last decade!
