First time Wyeast let me down

Started brew on 4/2/2021. The Wyeast British Ale II pack never expanded after smacking. I checked with a local Brewers Store and they suggested to go ahead with pitching anyway. The fermentation started after 24 hours but proceeded steady but slowly for 3 weeks. On 4/26 after stopping by the brewery store they recommended adding 1 tsp of LD Carlson Yeast Nutrient since the SG flattened out at 1.025. Fermentation restarted and after 7 more days finished at 1.015. I racked the beer to secondary carboy on 5/2 and started 2oz dry hop. I'm going to bottle the brew 5/10 and keep my fingers crossed. I just didn't know what to do on brew day when the Wyeast packet didn't expand. I did open the packet after pitching and confirmed that the inner packet ruptured.
